Purely Clayful is a Canadian handmade jewelry brand based in Canada, selling polymer clay earrings, pearl necklaces, and related accessories. We operate this website and process orders directly.

2. Products

All products are handmade. Because each piece is crafted by hand, minor variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are expected and are part of the nature of handmade goods — they are not defects. Product photos are representative; the exact piece you receive may vary slightly from what is shown.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed available inventory.

An order confirmation email does not guarantee fulfillment. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfill your order and will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping
